Terms of Purchase
General Provisions
These Terms of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"), after their approval by the Buyer (when purchasing goods, by checking the box "I have read and accept the Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy"), are a legal document binding on the parties, which determines the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the purchase of goods and the terms of payment for them, the order of delivery and return of goods, the collection and storage of personal data, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the RELUX.24 online store.
The Seller reserves the right to change, modify or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts.
Protection of Personal Data
Any information related to personal data that is registered in the RELUX.24 online store is kept confidential and is not made public.
Protection of personal data is carried out on the basis of the privacy policy approved by RELUX.24.
Buyer's Rights
The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the RELUX.24 online store in accordance with the procedure set out in these Rules.
The buyer has the right to reject the contract for the sale of goods concluded with the RELUX.24 online store by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the desired return of the product and its order and/or invoice number) no later than 7 days from the date of delivery of the item, only if the product is of poor quality or damaged.
3.2 of the rules. The buyer's right provided for in paragraph 1 is implemented in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Economy of 2001. August 17 by order No. 258 of the approved rules "Sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication".
3.2 of the rules. The buyer can exercise the right provided for in paragraph 1 only if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not fundamentally changed, nor has it been used.
Buyer's Obligations
The Buyer shall pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure set out in these Rules.
During delivery of the goods, the Buyer shall check the condition of the shipment together with the Seller or its authorized representative, and if it notices that the package of the delivered shipment is damaged (wrinkled, wet or with any other external damage), the Buyer shall note this on the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment receipt document and, in the presence of the Seller or its representative, draw up a shipment violation report in free form and immediately inform the Seller.
Seller's Rights
If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability, security of the online store or breaches its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice limit or suspend its access to the RELUX.24 online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's order.
The Seller has the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the Buyer, if the Buyer, having chosen the payment methods provided for in clauses 7.2.1., 7.2.2. of the Rules, does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days.
Seller's obligations
The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy and his personal information specified in the online store order form, except for cases specified in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and in the privacy policy.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by him, under the conditions specified in Clause 8 of the Rules.
The Seller, in case of inability to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer an analogous or similar product to the extent possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous product or the product most similar in its characteristics, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 5 (five) business days, if the payment was made in advance.
Product prices, payment procedure and conditions
The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
For payments we use the services of the STRIPE, MONTONIO, PAYSERA payment system. STRIPE, MONTONIO, PAYSERA is an advanced, efficient, proven and secure system that allows you to pay for the goods quickly and safely. This way, you will be safe and protected while paying your money. Stripe is one of the safest payment collection platforms, which automatically stops up to 95% of payment attempts with stolen credit cards.
In accordance with sections 7.2.1., 7.2.2. of the payment methods provided for in the clauses, the Buyer or undertakes to pay immediately. In the above-mentioned cases, taking into account Rule 5.2. of the Seller's right provided for in point 1, only after receipt of payment for the goods, the packaging of the goods begins to be formed and the delivery time of the goods is calculated from that moment.
Delivery of the goods
When ordering the goods, the buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods and the contact telephone number.
The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the indicated address and based on other data provided by the buyer, the buyer shall not be entitled to claim from the seller for delivery of the goods to an incorrect entity.
The goods will be delivered by the seller or his authorized representative.
The seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer within 1 to 7 working days. These conditions do not apply in cases where the seller does not have the necessary goods in stock and the buyer is informed of the shortage of the goods ordered by him. At the same time, the buyer accepts that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the seller. In this case, the seller undertakes to immediately contact the buyer and coordinate the delivery of the goods.
In all cases, the seller is exempt from liability for failure to meet the delivery deadlines for the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the buyer or due to circumstances beyond his control.
During the delivery of the goods, the buyer must check the condition of the shipment together with the seller or his authorized representative. If the buyer signs the invoice (bill of lading) or other document of acceptance of delivery, the shipment is deemed to have been delivered in good condition. If the Buyer detects that the delivered package is damaged (wrinkled, damp or with some other external damage), he must note this on the invoice (bill of lading) or other delivery acceptance document and, in the presence of the Seller or his representative, draw up a package violation report in free form. If the Buyer does not take these actions, the Seller is exempt from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods, if such damage was caused by damage to the packaging that the Buyer has not noted in the previous procedure.
In the event that the Buyer, based on point 3.2. of the Rule, rejects the sales contract, he will be obliged to pay all direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller related to transport costs. The amount of these expenses of the Seller will be deducted from the money paid for the item(s) to be returned to the Buyer. If the compensation does not cover the entirety of the Seller's claim, i.e. if the costs of returning the goods incurred by the Seller exceed the value of the returned goods, the Buyer undertakes to pay the remaining amount to the Seller within 15 days.
Returns and warranty
The characteristics of each product sold in the RELUX.24 online store are generally indicated in the description attached to each product.
The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the RELUX.24 online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the presentation used by the Buyer.
The Seller is not responsible for cases where the products have become unsuitable or their properties have deteriorated due to the fact that the buyer or third parties to whom the buyer has transferred the products or services have used, transported or stored them in violation of the requirements set out in the product descriptions.

You can return the products by sending them by Lithuanian Post or by post. (Shipping costs are borne by the buyer).
After receiving the returned shipment, we will assess whether the packaging and products are not damaged.
The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and with all its accessories (instructions, cables, wires, etc.)
After assessing that the returned product is not damaged and suitable for return, we will refund the money to your account within 5 days according to the procedure provided by law.
We replace all defective or non-working products with new ones or return the money paid, we pay all replacement and shipping costs for defective products.
Responsibility
The buyer is fully responsible for the return of the defective product.
